Pinky Promise Directed by Tam Sainsbury
a Story about Pinky Promise is a story of female love and friendship. Elizabeth is a concert pianist who in the midst of a tour discovers her close childhood friend who she lost contact with is working at a nearby restaurant. After several attempts to reignite the friendship Elizabeth begins to realise that the love may not have been as real as she thought it was.
About the Director: Tam Sainsbury
Tam Sainsbury is a scriptwriter, film director and producer. Since graduating from the University of Surrey in London 16 years ago with a degree in film and television she has worked in several countries on feature films, news programs, documentaries, advertisements and television shows.
She has written, directed and produced numerous short films, directed one feature film and written 4 feature film screenplays. She recently completed the short film Pinky Promise and is currently in development for a six part web series titled Time & Place to be shot in January 2018. Tam is a member of the Australian Directors Guild (ADG), Australian Writers Guild (AWG) and The Writers Guild Of America (WGA).
